About Lovechio Botanical Extracts

L.B.E. is a family owned and operated business brought to life by founder and chief, Dane Lovechio. Through his persistent drive and his love of herbal extraction processes, the idea he has been working on for years has now come to life with the creation of Lovechio Botanical Extracts. Dane spent many years studying the sciences of Botany and Distillation. He is driven by a bloodline of generations before him that were rich in the knowledge and practice of Botanical Healthcare. His mother, Jean Lovechio, grew up in a typically poor family with six children in the 1940's. With very few doctors available at that time, she was treated with folk remedies that had been handed down to her mother, Odell, from her great grandmother. Great grandmother Roxeulla was born in the early 1800's in South Alabama and became a well-known schoolteacher. She had a great knowledge of the many uses of botanicals and was respected in the community for the herbal remedies that had been handed down to her from past generations.

Dane studied Botanical Chemistry and Distillation while living a more primitive (back to the basics) lifestyle in the deep forests of the Southern Appalachian Mountains. He lived there for many years without the modern conveniences of power and running water as a way of trying to really connect with nature and the wilderness that surrounded him. Committed to the goal of connecting with the wilderness, Dane built a log cabin by himself from the trees and materials that he found on his property nestled in the forest. The cabin quickly became the base for all his studies.

After building the cabin, Dane built his first distillation unit. With the first distillation unit up and functioning, he discovered just how much more potent and effective the botanicals that surrounded him could become. After years of studies and experimenting he left the more primitive environment armed with all the knowledge that he had accumulated during his studies and formed Lovechio Botanical Extracts (L.B.E.). With the creation of L.B.E., Dane has brought all of his incredible findings together to share with all his customers the quality of life that he discovered while living in the Appalachian Mountain forests. Now, nestled in the very same foothills, the Lovechio family has set up their headquarters. We are located in Ashville, Alabama. L.B.E. operates at full extraction while producing only the finest botanical extracts through the most advanced systems and methods available today.
